Several weeks back I asked Dave (Nightliner) if he would like to take over as the main admin on Yesfans from the standpoint of setting the mold on how the site will go forward. I asked Dave to take ovcer the handling of issues on the site between folks, take over helping the mods and the things they do, setting poilicy for the site, and various other things. With this role I had asked him to choose someone to help him in this role. He chose BrainD.
I am still involved in the site as you can see but will concentrate more on the tech side of things and the $$ concerns. I still will be in on the decisions that are made by the staff of the site but have encouraged him to work with the mods and BrianD to make the moves with the site.
So in the future if you see anything that needs attn on the site, of a non technical variety, please contact Dave (nightliner or BrainD).

Thanks guys for stepping up and taking on this challenge.

Tim I think this is a good move . . . It seems a sensible solution to avoiding unnecessary friction at the site.

I've never quite grasped a lot of what's happened here with certain members, and I don't really care to know either!

But maybe someone else should handle the person to person stuff. Kudos to you for making this choice.

Happy holidays!

I have an open door policy. This isn't like one your boss might have at work where he bites your head off if you walk into that open door. I want to hear about your questions, concerns, etc. Feel free to pm or email me if you'd like to discuss something. I think this site is the best Yes site on the internet and I plan on doing nothing that will change that. My only intent is to make it better than it all ready is.

I am honoured to be asked to assist Dave. I fully agree with Dave's comments and as his assistant will be there to help him as required. Feel free to contact me by PM or email about any issue. Like Dave, I believe that my role here is to make sure that this remains the premier site about Yes on the Internet for fans. So to do that, we need to know what you want and your opinions about how things are going.

Brian is my best upside-downside buddy... Whattaguy! And a fantastic choice.

Nightliner was one of the first people I met here, waaay back in the day! A great friend, an open ear, an innate sense of fairness, and again... Our beloved site can only prosper and grow under his guidance.

Tim: My friend, you've created something quite amazing here. As ever, my hat is off to you Tim: You gave us the best Yes website, and yes... perhaps the best website period, on the internet. We all owe you much.

Yesfans means the world to me. We are in the best of hands here.

Big Kudos all the way around!
