My problem with Igor

(I tried to post this in the "past members" area but wasn't able to.)

My problem with Igor is is simply attrocious Hammond organ sounds. I mean...everything I have heard him play live or on the records (I haven't heard them all), is a pretty bad simulation or "clone", as we Hammond players call them.

He was a paid spokesman for some pretty crappy Hammond clone called the Blue Chip OX-7. I mean...I'm sure he got paid, but to say that it was the best Hammond sound out there is just plain embarrassing.

Anyway...just a rant. As you were.

Well groovecake, I don't know much about types of organs but I have my own problems with Igor. He was not able to perform as I was led to believe--could not keep up with Rick's songs as I thought he should. He also had too high of an opinion of himself and he felt that it was ok to sexually harrass at least one female worker on the tour. So, as far as I am concerned, he can stay right where he is now, in oblivion. Or he can go back to Russia. Either choice is fine by me.
