AMG recently revamped their whole site, and yes, it's been causing trouble. Until recently, I recommended it without reservation to anyone seeking to find out about bands, individuals, etc. Now it's much slower, and basically a pain in the ass to navigate. You used to type in the name of a band and get a page with a little history ("click for more" if there's a lot) and a discography. Now you always start with the truncated history and even have to click to get the discography. This is better?
The new look isn't too bad, I guess I could get used to it. But it seems to me that by trying to incorporate a few too many bells and whistles (you can now register and have a "my AMG" page or whatever - whoopee), they've screwed some things up and slowed everything down. Boo!

All I get is a blank white screen when I go there...
Orbert, I agree with you. Since they have updated allmusic.com, the site is much slower and not very easy to navigate.
Another thing which has left me disappointed is that they leave the option to contact them in case you notice mistakes and wish to provide further information. I did it for a musician whose data was false but they never took my revision into account.

I get that sometimes, too. Even though IE has gone through the "Loading... Done" phase, you still sit at a blank page for a while. Then, sometimes up to 20 or 30 seconds later, the page actually appears. Sometimes, though, it never does come up. Or at least not for a few minutes, by which time I've moved on in life.
