I just read that the Harry Potter producers became interested in a dog that was born with no front legs. Is this a glimpse into book six? is Sirius not actually dead?

I thought Branagh as Lockhart was a gift, and then a shaggy Gary Oldman, but now to have Ralph Fiennes as Voldemort? AAAGH! They're killin' me!

Rickman's pretty darn good, too. No one else can do Snape.

I thought Branagh as Lockhart was a gift, and then a shaggy Gary Oldman, but now to have Ralph Fiennes as Voldemort? AAAGH! They're killin' me!

Rickman's pretty darn good, too. No one else can do Snape.

I've got no problem with Fiennes as Voldemort, although I had originally heard that John Malkovitch was going to be Voldemort. I don't know if that was ever true. I don't think Percy's in GoF, but he'll be in OothP.

Yesmandroc tried to edit the thread title - it changed the title of his post, but not the thread. I've edited it to change the thread title where it now says "SPOILER".

But, I already knew Sirius died in the book - haven't gotten around to reading it yet, unfortunately!

I doesn't matter anyway. i've since found out they were interested in the dog for Goblet of Fire because it could stand on its hind legs. And J.K. Rowling said that we would find out in the next two books why she killed him off.
