Does anyone know the story behind the speaking during Rabin's solo in "IT Can Happen". Never could get info on that one!

I don't think Rabin plays on any versions of "It can happen".

He just doesn't play the sitar on it! That was a session guy.
Jon did an interview way back then and denied even hearing it. Maybe he didn't, having not come in until the end.
I always thought it was Alan.
