The last Rhino Bonus poll came before the release of Tormato, Drama and 90125. I have also included In a Word tracks as well. So let us know what are your favourite 'new' tracks.

I vote for the DVD-A of Fragile and Magnification. I am still waiting for the completion of the catalog to be released, but I will not hold my breath. Yes and rhinehole have ways of deceiving us with promises.
Oh, big news!! The live album will be released when a fan gets a nice mixing board and is able to remaster all if the weeds.
More news!! I really have enjoyed the cd's they were going to produce and sell immediatly folloeing shows.
Why the hell does Yes and it's management tell us this big crock of BS when they never really had any intention of delivering. I for one am getting tired of this deciet. But then we always can look forward to a another greatest hits cd,one that has been remastered so well you can actually here them pass gas! I am sure that many would purchase this also.
Oh Yesspeak,I watched listened to the audio last night and didn't realise that ut was a video. Man oh man,Steve and Chris are burning it down so fast it actually looks like a still pic of them!! Wow, these guys haven't lost their touch after thirty-five years! :fmad:

I really love the fact that the a capella version of Leave It is on disc. I also think that Golden Age could be developed further to be a classic Yes tune. And it was rather interesting to hear Jon singing lyrics and a tune that was eventually refashioned for Drama. Too bad Rhino can't (supposedly) find enough bonus material for Big Generator.

The bonus tracks from "Tormato" were steller.
For the most part, the studio runthroughs are interesting, but I tend to listen to them once and be done with them.
The single edits are a waste of time, in my opinion.

I agree 100% about the Tormato bonus tracks and the single edits - the latter are more of an historical curiosity than of any value.
But some of the studio-run throughs have been excellent as well - have especially enjoyed GoD, Giants under the Sun, Turn of the Century and Eastern Number. The different nuances placed in various sections of these classics opens up a whole new appreciation of them.

Countryside is great, and I'm pretty fond of In the Tower.
Dancing Through the Light is one of the funniest things Yes have done. The sad thing is, I don't think it's supposed to be funny.

I like the version of 'America' that's on the CTTE remaster, especially the rocky bit that comes in after the quiet "I said 'be careful'; his bowtie is really a camera...".
Yeah!

I just remembered that I had a dream last night that I found Big Generator and ABWH remastered in a music store.
They had cardboard (or digipaks? Is that what they call 'em?) covers, and strangely, the artwork resembled the art on the back of the third disc in the YesYears boxed set. It was that greenish brownish pattern, and I remember that in the dream I had to check the spine to see if I was seeing what I thought I was seeing.
And somehow within the context of the dream, I found it neither strange nor upsetting that the covers were totally wrong and weird.
But I did check, and there were bonus tracks (for those who might think that somehow my dream means something).

you should have bought them, so then you would have woken up with them by your pillow. ;)

We can fly from here should've been on the Drama re-issue, also Go through This. I have several recordings of these tracks I'm sure Atlantic has them in the vaults somewhere. There is an un-finished version of Go Through This on it, I guess that's better than nothing. Atlantic made a lot of bad calls over the years. The single version of America has NO place on any cd or box set. They just went nuts re-releasing the single version like it was gold! If I was over-seeing these bonus tracks It would've been very different.
