The recent Remastered 90125 has the song "Make It Easy" added, a Trevor song that was cut from the original release, but the intro to it was played live by TR before "OOALH" in concert during the YesWest years of touring. I really like the song, and it got tightened up really good during the Cinema period in comparison to the version that is on TR's 90124. Listening to the original 90125 today, I would even go so far as to remove "Our Song" and replace it with MIE. I think it should have been on there, but I get the feeling Trevor Horn or Jon Anderson didn't think it was 'Yessy' enough, and would have been too much rock for a Yes album.

What do you guys/gals think?

I still want to hear 'Time' that was about a 20 minute song written during that time. I like 'Make it Easy' but it's probably a bit too easy for Yes, but would have been good for Cinema.

I love this song and wish they would have put it on 90125, as well. It rocks baby!

Make it Easy was my favourite 'new' track from Yes Years. Could never understand why it wasn't on 90125 originally.

My suspicion is that "Make It Easy" and "It's Over," originally worked out during the 'Cinema' phase, were cut from 90125 because they lack what Alan later called 'Yes stamps' ... they are fine tunes, but do not have the more evident 'Yes-ishness' of tunes like 'Changes,' 'Hearts,' 'Leave It,' 'It Can Happen,' etc...

Couldn't have said it better.
