Hey Dee,
I had to come back to have some X-rays done of my wrist. Maybe I didn't tell you but I broke it when working the Ozzy Osbourne/Rob Zombie shows. Now I'm taking it easy and waiting for my workmans comp to kick in.
I'm suppossed to be in NYC & NJ tomorrow though if you're not tied up call and meet me in the city.
Heard you'll be paid a visit from Al & Pam. That should be cool.

i was just wondering well because I am a stagehand
although I'm in technical management now but one of my crew
worked the show when it was here in chicago so they got me
a shirt

Good to know more of who's who in the IATSE and where they are. We are a special breed that takes a certain kind of person to stay dedicated to what we do. As they say " The show must go on" but after 9/11 that kind of changed a bit. I had to set up and then break down a show that day after we saw the terrorist acts on TV during a break we had,and then the band couldn't board their flight out of Washington to make it to the show for obvious reasons. All shows that week were cancelled as well, of coarse.
Hopefully the one thing that helps heal this world(Music, especially positive music like YES) will stay in place and not be affected by such terrible acts anymore. The world can only benefit from it and it's our job to make that happen and keep people in their good and higher spirits to better the feelings between people of all different walks of life. We need to unite the people of this planet, and what better way than music(especially YES music).
