The main vocal line sounds a bit like "We Have Heaven" from Fragile.

I think it was the purpose that the main vocal line sounds like "We have heaven". Maybe it is there to sign some continuity...

I think Can I? is intended to be a 30-years-later, world-music remake of We Have Heaven. There is little doubt that this is intentional (saying that it "sounds a bit like" WHV is too cautious, IMO).

The whole album seems to reference early Yes in some places. I always thought that the keyboards on New Language sounded like they were taken directly from TfTO or HotS.
