In case you haven't seen it yet, I just read in his official site that Steve Howe is looking for the masters of his solo video clips "Beginnings", "Ram" & "Break Away From it All" to release them.

Here's the link: http://stevehowe.com/sh_news.html (bottom of page)

They say all he's got are VHS copies but the quality is not the best, which solves a mystery for me:

I've see the Yesyears video about 200 times and I've noticed that most of the footage is visual mixed with CD audio. For example the footage from "Siberian Khatru" is the visual from the Philadelphia video mixed with audio from Yessongs CD. The footage from "Yours is no Disgrace" is visual from the Yessongs film mixed with audio from the Yessongs CD, etc.

I downloaded the "Beginnings" video clip a few weeks ago and also noticed that the audio secuence doesn't match with the one they show in Yesyears. In other words, what they show in Yesyears in not from the original film of these video clips, but a low quality video mixed with.......
wait....
it can't be from the CD as the CD version is totally diffrent from the one on Yesyears, so what they did is they separeted the audio and the visual from that footage and remixed it in a diffrent secuence to avoid the damaged segment in the visual........................."Oh no, I've gone cross-eyed" :eeek:
