And some news there is!
First of all there will be a new book coming up about Roger, and is supposed to be the sequal to Magnetic Storm and Views!
Further more there will be new art prints in an incredible size of about 1 x 1,5 meter! Uhh, an incredible prize as well, especially if you want a hand finished one!...
I'd say: check it all out on:

This was posted on another thread some months ago. I interviewed Roger about this new book.
Here is what Roger had to say about this forthcoming book 'Dragon's Garden' (title taken from the painting of that name) and the boxed set when I interviewed him about a month ago.
Can you tell me a bit about the book itself? Is it an update of the previous two books, another part of your career?
It’s really my work over the last 20 years. It’s going to be an enormous number of paintings - more paintings than Views and Magnetic Storm put together. It’s predominantly about the paintings with just a tiny bit about the architecture and the stages in it because we’re going to do another book about the architecture probably a year later. It’s due for release in September. I have really only just finished roughing out the layouts. So I’m hoping that by the end of April we will be delivering it to the printers. With the stage taking up so much time, there is a definite possibility that it will slip a month.
I also saw on your website a boxed set – that includes Dragon’s Garden, Views and Magnetic Storm
The plan is that the boxed set will be either of one of three things, or it might even be three different ones. We are going to do the three books – Views, Magnetic Storm and Dragons Garden – as hardback books in a box. And there is the possibility at the moment that we are discussing that it will also contain a DVD of interviews plus the possibility of another book the same size which will include hand made limited edition prints, so it will be a very limited edition version of the boxed set.

Yes I met him in Australia last year but interviewed him by phone this year. Also met him in England last month.

I think Roger Dean should make an official DVD about his art. The one from Classic Rock Pictures is not authorized by him and used copyrighted materials. If he releases his own version I'm sure it'll sell like hot cakes.
With the upcoming books I think that will never happen. From my perspective I believe that Roger's art is always best viewd on books, posters etc. let's say printed media. The DVD that has been released may not be an authorised one, but for sure it is a treat to many Roger Dean fans!

I just purchased his desktop images for $9.95 ( reduced from 16.99). Really great. Clear crisp images of some of his art. YESSONGS pathway, Relayer and Tales are all on this package.
